Who operates Pegasus
Pegasus is operated by SP Solutions LLC.
Information we collect
We collect account and business-contact information, workspace content supplied by customers, product usage information, and technical data required to operate and secure Pegasus. Product datasets may include information available through public government records.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, administer customer workspaces, respond to requests, maintain source and data quality, and improve product functionality. We do not sell customer workspace data.
Service providers and integrations
We may use service providers to host, monitor, support, and deliver Pegasus. When a customer enables an integration or data destination, the customer authorizes the corresponding transfer needed to provide that configuration.
Website inquiries
When you contact us, we collect your name, business email, company, selected interests, and message to respond to your inquiry. Our email provider, Resend, delivers the request to our sales inbox. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We use short-lived request tokens and keyed hashes to prevent duplicate messages and limit abuse; these are separate from analytics and are scheduled for automatic deletion after their operational window, generally within a few days.
Website analytics and cookies
We use Amazon Web Services CloudWatch to count public-page views, primary call-to-action clicks, and successfully submitted inquiries. Analytics contain only a predefined event type, a public page path, and aggregate counts. They do not contain form contents, email addresses, IP addresses, full referring URLs, query strings, or persistent visitor identifiers. We do not use analytics cookies, browser storage, fingerprinting, advertising pixels, or tracking across websites. Public-page and click measurement respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Successful inquiries are counted as an aggregate operational metric without identifying the sender.
Our hosting infrastructure processes network information, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure the service; operational logs are separate from these analytics. The authenticated application uses essential session cookies for sign-in. We do not use those cookies for marketing-site analytics.
Retention and security
We retain information according to the service relationship, operational requirements, and applicable law. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access or disclosure.
Your choices
Customers may request access, correction, export, or deletion of applicable account information by contacting privacy@pegasusrecon.com. Public-record corrections should identify the record and originating source.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as Pegasus evolves. Questions can be sent to privacy@pegasusrecon.com.
